Returns & Refunds Policy
At MRD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Include all original packaging, labels, and tags
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mrd.com.au and provide the following details:
- Full Name
- Product Name
- Phone Number or Email Address
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
Once we receive your request, a member of our customer support team will review the information and contact you regarding the next steps. If approved, you will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number.
Exchanges
If your return is approved for an exchange, the replacement item will be dispatched via standard shipping once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the exchange process.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@mrd.com.au so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care and grooming products that have been opened or used
- Custom-made, personalised, or special-order items
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Clearance or final-sale items

Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, the quickest option is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and tags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for your financial institution to process and reflect the refund.
If more than 20 days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at info@mrd.com.au.
