Warranty Coverage

All MRD Pro products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase when used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

What Is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Products that have been modified, altered, or fitted with non-genuine or aftermarket parts.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper operation.
  • Failure to follow the product instructions or maintenance guidelines.
  • Accidental damage, including drops, impacts, liquid ingress, or physical alterations.
  • Lack of regular cleaning, lubrication, or general maintenance.
  • Damage caused during shipping, transportation, or improper storage.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

If proof of purchase cannot be provided, the warranty will be considered void, and any inspection, servicing, or repairs may incur a maintenance and repair fee.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

We offer repair and servicing options for products that are outside the warranty period or where proof of purchase is unavailable.

Please note:

  • Service and maintenance fees will apply.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Repair assessments will be provided prior to any chargeable work being completed.
